6. Payment Terms and Subscription Management

7. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

Our maximum liability for any claim arising from platform usage is limited to the amount paid for services in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or consequential business losses.

8. Termination and Account Closure

Either party may terminate this agreement with appropriate notice. Users can close accounts through their dashboard settings, with data retention policies outlined in our Privacy Policy. We may terminate accounts immediately for violations of these terms or suspicious activity.

Upon termination, users retain access through the end of their current billing period unless immediate termination is required for security reasons. Data export tools remain available for 90 days following account closure.

Surviving obligations include payment of outstanding fees, intellectual property restrictions, and confidentiality requirements. Users may request deletion of all personal data following account closure, subject to legal retention requirements.
